All products on our website are certified in Ukraine and can be serviced under the manufacturer’s warranty in authorized service centers.

To resolve the problem, contact a service center authorized by the manufacturer. Contacts of service centers are available on the manufacturer’s website or in the warranty card.

Warranty terms

The warranty period for a specific product is set by the manufacturer.

The basis for repairs under warranty is a correctly completed, without corrections, manufacturer's warranty card, as well as documents confirming the purchase.

Requirements for filling out the warranty card:

  • the model and serial number are clearly and correctly entered;
  • the date of sale is indicated;
  • seal of the store where the purchase was made, buyer’s signature;
  • cut-off spines fully filled and stamped with the store seal;
  • in some cases, at the request of the manufacturer, to confirm the purchase it is necessary to provide a payment document (fiscal or sales receipt, invoice).

The warranty coupon must contain the warranty period and must be kept until the end of the period specified on the coupon.

Refusal of warranty service

Reasons for refusal to carry out repairs under warranty:

  • incorrectly completed warranty card;
  • violation of operating rules;
  • repair of the product by a service center not authorized by the manufacturer;
  • a product intended for personal household needs was used in the production sector or did not correspond to its intended purpose;
  • making changes to the design of the product if this is not specified in the user manual; presence of traces of liquid, insects and other foreign objects inside the product;
  • the serial or IMEI number located in the product’s memory has been changed, erased or cannot be set;
  • mechanical and other damage caused by external factors;
  • damage caused by the use of non-original consumables, adapters and spare parts not provided by the manufacturer.

The warranty does not apply to consumables (components that require periodic replacement during product operation). The list of such parts and their service life is indicated in the User's Manual for each specific model. Also in other cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine and/or the warranty card for the relevant product.
