Return and exchange terms
Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return of goods of proper quality
Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. Within 14 days from the moment the parcel is sent, if the goods are of adequate quality, the Customer can return the goods due to non-compliance with expectations, subject to:
Conditions for returning goods:
- The product has not been used;
- The consumer qualities of the product are preserved;
- All seals, labels and factory markings are preserved;
- The integrity of the product set and packaging is not compromised;
- No signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;
- Complete absence of mechanical damage to the product, its configuration and packaging;
- The warranty card and document confirming payment have been saved;
- It does not fall into the list of goods of proper quality, the return of which is limited by a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution No. 172 of March 19, 1994).
Procedure for processing the return of goods
- Write us an email [email protected] with a request to return the goods, describing in detail the reason for the returned goods;
- Wait for a connection with the service manager, agree on the return of the goods, confirmation of shipment and shipping address;
- Prepare the product, warranty card, copy of the receipt or invoice;
- Send us the goods and the documents listed in paragraph 3 by any delivery service at the rates of the transport company at the buyer’s expense;
- Let us know by email [email protected]that you have returned the goods. In the letter, please include your details, order number, express invoice number and bank details for a refund;
- After we receive the returned product, an employee of the Service department will inspect the product for use. If the product is technically complex, the seller reserves the right to require diagnostics of the product in a service center authorized by the manufacturer. If all are met conditions for returning goods - Expect a refund.
- Refunds are made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item.
- If you pay for the goods online on the website, the money will be refunded within 14 banking days to the card from which the payment was made;
- The period for returning money for goods may increase, but cannot exceed 60 days from the date of receipt of the goods and application for return;
Return of goods of inadequate quality
If the Customer receives and discovers a product of inadequate quality with defects that cannot be repaired or a manufacturing defect, the Customer may request a replacement of the product or a refund.
- Write to us by email [email protected] with a request to return goods of inadequate quality, describing in detail the reason for the returned goods and the desire for a replacement of the goods or a refund. Notification of receipt of goods of inadequate quality must be sent within the first 24 hours after receipt of the goods by the Customer by phone, message to the e-mail indicated on the store’s website, or in Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp messengers at the phone number indicated on the website.
- Wait for a connection with the service manager, agree on the return of the goods, confirmation of shipment and shipping address;
- Prepare the product, warranty card, copy of the receipt or invoice;
- Send us the goods and the documents listed in paragraph 3 by any delivery service at the rates of the transport company at the buyer’s expense;
- Let us know by email [email protected]that you have returned the goods. In the letter, please indicate your details, order number, express invoice number, bank details for a refund, delivery address for replacement with a product of proper quality;
- After we receive the returned item, a member of the Service department will inspect the item for defects and/or manufacturing defects. If the product is technically complex, the seller reserves the right to require diagnostics of the product in a service center authorized by the manufacturer.
- After identifying the cause of the defects and/or manufacturing defects, expect a replacement of the product or a refund within 14 business days.
Shipping or receiving address for the returned item
- Send goods: find the nearest Nova Poshta branch to you, in your locality;
- Return address: Ukraine, Kharkov, st. Fonvizina, 15, Nova Poshta branch No. 19, “FOP Sorokin Kostyantin Oleksandrovich” (if another address and recipient are not agreed upon with the manager in paragraph 2)
- Package tracking: on the website of the logistics company Nova Poshta.
Items that cannot be exchanged or returned
According to the law on consumer protection, the company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food products of proper quality, not subject to return or exchange.
